Have you searched all your pockets, bags, couch, car, and still can't find your Yepzy debit card. Follow the steps listed below to ensure your debit card is closed.
Step 1: Log in your yepzy account.
Step 2: Select the card icon (My Cards).
Step 3: Click the settings icon in the upper right. It will look like three dots stacked on top of each other.
Step 4: Then a menu will appear and click on “Report Lost or Stolen.”
Step 5: Select "My card was lost" and "Proceed."
Step 6: Select "Proceed" and your card is now locked so that no one will be able to use it.
After reporting your lost card, request a new card directly from the App; from the (My Cards) icon, scroll down and below the virtual card, select the blue button "Request New Card". Your new card will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
