Data Deletion and Personal Privacy in the Yepzy App. 

Step 1

If you have had a Yepzy account in the past, please address an email to WeCare@Yepzy.com containing your name and account number with the title "DELETE MY DATA" 

Step 2

Our support team will reply to your email confirming your information and that you would like to delete your account and all deletable data associated with you. After confirmation, deletion will take place. 

 

Step 3

You're done! After you receive email confirmation from our team, you can be confident that your deletable data is gone from our secure servers and file storage. The entire process will take less than a few business days from your inquiry to our confirmation. 

Your personally identifying data including transaction history, accounts, names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and other PII can be eligible for immediate removal.  Please note that even after deletion, Yepzy must maintain a record of any data that is required to be maintained by US Federal Law and/or US Federal Regulation. After this mandatory period elapses, your data will be automatically wiped from our storage. No action will be required on your part.
