Argh! Someone has stolen your debit card? Reporting your Yepzy debit card as quickly as possible if it is stolen is key to avoiding unauthorized charges. Follow the steps listed below to ensure your stolen card is closed.
Step 1: Under the "My Cards" section in your Yepzy mobile app, click the settings icon in the upper right. It will look like three dots stacked on top of each other.
Step 2: In the menu list that appears, click "Report Lost or Stolen."
Step 3: Report your card lost or stolen by pressing the "Proceed" button in your app.
Step 4: Your card is now locked and cannot be used by you or anyone else.
Step 5: Request a new card directly from the App, from the (My Cards) icon, scroll down and below the virtual card, select the blue button "Request New Card". Your new card will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
