      If I don't remember my PIN, can I reset it?

      Yes, you have 2 options!

      If you don't remember your PIN please call the number on the back of your Yepzy Visa Debit Card (866) 349-3799 and you will be transferred to VISA directly to change your PIN.

      Or

      Please contact Yepzy Support via WhatsApp and advise you don't remember your PIN and would like to reset it. Once the Yepzy representative lets you know you PIN has been rested please follow the steps below:

      Step 1:  Log into your Yepzy App

      Step 2: Select the card icon "My Cards".

      Step 3: Click the settings icon in the upper right. It will look like three dots stacked on top of each other. 

      Step 4: Then a menu will appear and click on "Manage PIN" and reset your 4 digit PIN.
