To set up a cash pickup transfer, your recipient must be at least 18 years old to collect a money transfer. You’ll need the recipient’s first and last name, as shown on their valid government-issued ID. At the cash pickup location, your recipient will need their:
- A valid Government-issued photo ID
- PIN for the transfer
- The cash pickup location
You can also send money via Mobile Wallet. A mobile wallet is a digital version of a wallet that allows people to receive, store, and spend money using a mobile phone (Spin by OXXO and
Mercado Pago). You’ll need your recipient’s:
- Mobile wallet provider (Spin by OXXO and Mercado Pago)
- Mobile wallet number (this is typically the recipient’s mobile number)
