Our experience with Yepzy has been exceptional. When we first started, it was a bit clunky as there were learning experiences for both sides. However, it has become one of our easiest processes and we have successfully onboarded our entire H-2A employees. Yepzy offered a solution that saved our staff a significant amount of time. Improving Worker Pay

Prior to Yepzy, our payroll team faced challenges in managing the onboarding process and compensating our workers with pay cards and overall being the ‘middleman’ between the workers and their money. Additionally, we had to print every pay statement, W-2, and any other payroll-related item and provide it to our employees which are scattered hours apart.

Our payroll process has been streamlined with Yepzy. Yepzy removed our burden of managing pay cards. Payroll is now a simple ACH to the worker’s Yepzy bank account.

 

Managing Wage Statements

Prior to Yepzy, we printed pay stubs and had to provide them to our workers manually. This created significant inefficiencies among our team from printing to travel time to pick the statements up.

With Yepzy, we no longer print wage statements. Wage statements are stored electronically, delivered to workers each period, and managed through the Yepzy app for acknowledgment. Yepzy ensures our compliance with US Department of Labor regulations, which has saved the company significant time and money.

 

Distributing W-2s and 1095-Cs

Prior to Yepzy, we printed and provided the W-2s to the workers by hand and mailed any workers who were not present internationally. Printing and mailing W-2s was time-consuming and expensive. Many of the workers were back in Mexico, resulting in many returned mailings. Additionally, we incurred significant time loss in printing and providing the statements by hand. We also used Yepzy to provide the 1095-C statements as well. These had the same issues as providing W-2’s in the past.

With Yepzy, printing and mailing were eliminated, saving us a significant amount of time and money. Thousands of W-2s were uploaded electronically and distributed to each worker through the Yepzy app.
